Primary Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing (walk-behind and stand-on mowers)
- String trimming and edging
- Leaf cleanups and seasonal property maintenance
- Mulch installation and bed preparation
- Basic pruning and debris removal
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Assisting crew leader with job setup and breakdown
- Maintaining clean, organized trailers and trucks
- Fueling equipment and performing basic daily maintenance checks
Performance Expectations:
- Arrive early and prepared for physical work
- Work efficiently without constant supervision
- Maintain professional behavior on client properties
- Follow instructions precisely
- Protect equipment and client property
- Maintain consistent pace throughout full workdays
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Work in heat, humidity, and cold
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Handle loud equipment and dusty conditions
Crew Leader (Experienced)
Crew Member (Entry Level)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct 1–3 crew members
- Operate commercial stand-on mowers and primary equipment
- Lead property walkthroughs before and after service
- Ensure job quality meets company standards
- Train and correct crew members when needed
- Maintain job schedule efficiency
- Communicate clearly with clients on-site when necessary
- Report job completion and issues to ownership
- Perform equipment inspections and oversee maintenance routines
- Manage material usage and prevent waste
Leadership Expectations:
- Set the pace for the crew
- Solve problems without waiting for direction
- Maintain professionalism under pressure
- Protect company reputation at all times
- Enforce safety standards
Required Experience:
- Proven landscaping experience
- Confident operation of commercial mowers and power equipment
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to tow trailer preferred
